Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use Nuvixo only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or send unlawful or harmful content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can start and use the Free plan without providing payment details.

Your content

You own the content you add to Nuvixo. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

Intellectual property

Nuvixo, including its software, design and brand, is owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service.

Availability

We work to keep Nuvixo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Termination

You may stop using Nuvixo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Nuvixo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
